To wrap up the year on a high note, our team gathered on December 16th for a warm and festive dinner, conveniently located halfway between our offices in Louvain-La-Neuve and Steinfort.
EIOPA Solvency II Implementing Technical Standards
The final report on the public consultation on the Set 2 of the Solvency II Implementing Technical Standards (ITS) and Guidelines has been published by EIOPA this Monday (6th of July 2015). The new guidelines are avilable on EIOPA website.
The outcome of this consultation takes into account comments provided between 2nd of December 2014 and 2nd of March 2015 by stakeholders. This new set of ITS and Guidelines will have to be used sarting from the 1st of January 2016. It impacts mainly Pillar 3 of Solvency II and its first reporting occurence so-called « Day 1 reporting » (opening annual report on end-of-year 2015 figures). It officializes the update on some Quantitative Reporting Templates (QRT), the addition of some new QRTs (about Long Term Guarantees and Transitional Measures) and some changes in the LOGs.
