Jonathan holds a master’s degree in Actuarial Sciences and in Business Engineering from the UCL.
Before joining Act-unity in February 2022, he worked as an actuary at AXA. Among other things, he took part at the closing & reporting process for the life business, worked on Solvency II related topics and helped the team on studies for the non-life portfolio.
At Act-unity, he worked on Solvency II projects for non-life insurance and reinsurance captives companies (Piliar I, II and III). He also worked on reserving topics (e.g. stochastic simulations, IBNR computations/backtesting). Finally, he was involved in IFRS 17 implementation for a life insurance company for which he was responsible for the development of data tools.
He likes combining actuarial techniques with programming skills to bring appropriate solutions to quantitative problems.
